Registration is closed for the First Semester of classes running August through December and for Full Year classes. Registration for Second Semester classes will be held on Monday December 12, 2011. Below is basic registration information for your reference. Please check back for updated information before December registration. Thank you!
9:00-9:45am Teacher registration
9:00am Sign-in and paperwork checking for all others
9:45-10:15am–Registration for Grace Church Members currently enrolled in the Co-op
10:15-10:30am–Registration for Grace Church Members not currently enrolled in GHC
10:30am – 12:30pm –Currently Enrolled GHC Members
1:00-2:00pm–Community Families new to the GHC

Family Contract signed by all family members involved
One GHC Emergency Medical Form for each student you are registering
Service Hour Policy and Contract
Teen Driver’s Liability Waiver (if applicable)
Service Duty Scheduling Waiver
Multiple checks for teachers–The class fee and materials fee may be combined into one check.

Please remember the registration fee and materials fee for Second Semester classes are non-refundable.
NEW THIS YEAR
–The church is updating their data base and everyone will need to fill out a background check form even if you have done this in the past. This form will only be available at the registration table and not online. Information needed for this:
Social Security #
Church name and phone number
Pastor’s name and phone number
Employer’s name and phone number(if applicable)
non-family member reference name and number
–You will have the option to sign a Service Duty Waiver form if you do not care what days or shifts you are assigned. This will allow you to skip through the line at the Service Duty table.
